my experience in public school
I taught high school for 20 years in a NYC public school in District 15. I spent 10 of those years also acting as an instructional coach and an IB/MYP Coordinator. I’ve helped lead school-wide transformation, developed teacher teams, and supported the growth of many individual teachers. I’m guided by my core values of authenticity, creativity, justice and integrity. These values help me cultivate greater aliveness, purpose and skill in individual teachers, resulting in more engaged, balanced and skillful students.
